Experience Required:
Individual Occupation Requirements (IOR): Applicant must possess IT-related experience that demonstrates each of the following four competencies:
1. Attention to Detail (through when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail);
2. Customer Service (works with clients and customers - that is any individuals who use or receive the services or products that work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government - to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations, knows about available products and services, is committed to providing 10quality products and services);
3. Oral Communication (expresses information - for example, ideas or facts - to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information - for example, technical, sensitive, controversial - makes clear and convincing oral presentations, listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately) and;
4. Problem Solving (identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations).
Specialized Experience:
In addition to meeting the individual occupational requirement (IOR) above, applicants resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) level in the Federal service that includes the ability to: (1) Provide implementation oversight of cybersecurity policies and procedures; (2) Provide Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity assessments of proposed design measures' feasibility; and (3) Advise system managers on appropriate security architectures and risk mitigations to enhance the cybersecurity posture of systems.

This position may be eligible for regular and recurring TELEWORK, including emergency and OPM prescribed unscheduled Telework. Supervisor approval will be required on a case-by-case basis.
