    This position is assigned to Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Recruitment and Placement, Human Resources Division (HRD).

    This position is responsible for applying human resources management methods, principles, policies, concepts, practices and analytical techniques related to recruitment and placement.

    • Administers internal and external, permanent and temporary hiring for Federal positions and Delegated examining authority for Federal position.
    • Provides guidance regarding hiring and employment programs to all levels of management and hiring officials.
    • Performs job analysis and assessment tool development for classified positions.
    • Develops and maintains end to end hiring processes; and handles complex employment.
