As a Supervisory Investigating, you will:
- Serve as a first-level supervisor and lead a staff of investigators responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and guiding programs related to administrative investigations and related activities.
- Independently plan, coordinate, lead and manage investigations into administrative or civil cases regarding the integrity of the Department’s programs, operations, and personnel.
- Responsible for the development of written reports and proposals, setting forth all facts and circumstances with a view towards substantially affecting OI program planning, organizational improvements, and relationships with other DOC bureaus and programs and external law enforcement organizations.
- Write position descriptions and participate in the selection, assignment, and promotion of subordinate personnel.
