Plan for and conduct outreach in assigned bureaus and offices, using both in-person and virtual means. Engage with leadership in assigned bureaus and offices to secure funding and other resources necessary for implementing the ombuds program.

Provide facilitative leadership for projects or initiatives regarding the ombuds program and other CADR programmatic functions in furtherance of CADR's annual plan, strategic plan, and overall mission.
