Duties

Help
  • Clean rooms, corridors, stairways, and common areas. Empty trash.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, strip and polish using light and heavy duty powered equipment. Operate industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc.
  • Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Clean and stock restrooms.
  • Wash walls, windows, blinds, and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds, and safety belts.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Must be available to work days, nights, weekend, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 - 40 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs. with assistance.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
