You will serve as a Senior Tradecraft Specialist in the S2/Intelligence Directorate of the Marine Corps Service Intelligence Center and provides technical expertise on highly complex analysis and the evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products by the command for the HQ US MARINE CORPS.

You will serve as a Senior Tradecraft Specialist in the S2/Intelligence Directorate of the Marine Corps Service Intelligence Center and provides technical expertise on highly complex analysis and the evaluation, collection, interpretation, or dissemination of information and/or products by the command for the HQ US MARINE CORPS.
You will manage the evaluation program of enterprise-wide intelligence analysis production for compliance with ODNI and USMC standards as well as for the effectiveness of intelligence analysis tradecraft
You will oversees the formal feedback process from evaluations and product reviews
You will develop plans for improvement/remediation of identified issues. Provides expert level objective and actionable feedback to analytic divisions and leadership on analytic tradecraft gaps and issues through the review of analytic production.
You will advise on the repeatability, reliability and rigor of intelligence analysis techniques.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector :1) Evaluating all-source intelligence assessments/products for compliance with Intelligence Community Directive ; 2) Facilitating & mentoring analysts in the production of all-source intelligence assessments using Structured Analytic Techniques, Analytic Design, and/or other Intelligence analytic tools, methods and frameworks; 3) Leading internal or external working groups to address analytic issues.
