Duties

Help
  • Under close supervision, performs a variety of simple, routine clerical and office support duties.
  • Greeting customers; answering telephone and taking/delivering messages.
  • Filing; preparing labels, envelopes, or simple forms.
  • Operating a copy or fax machine; sorting and stapling documents; or organizing office supplies.
  • May assist higher-level employees with more detailed tasks. May perform other closely-related duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-16k.
  • Parental/Guardian Consent Statement (if under 18 years of age)
  • Written Consent of School Administrator
  • Valid Work Permit Approved by Alaska Department of Labor

Qualifications

This position will consist of 12 week work/training cycle at a max of 10 working/training hours per week.

No experience required.

This position can be assigned to multiple CYS facilities on Fort Greely.
