As a participant in the Recent Graduates Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Participates in staff assignments providing advice to decision makers in setting program goals and establishing priorities to support the organizational mission.
Reviews proposals for change which consist of objectives, scope, and users' expectations, and address problems requiring significant departure from established practice.
Assists with performing in-depth analysis of automated systems to accomplish design and programming assignment.
Aids in the preparation of system documentation for complex assignments in accordance with agency standards.
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
Current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, will be placed on an Excepted appointment.

For the GG-07, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For the GG-07 position, qualifying experience is defined as experience assisting with the performance of feasibility studies in order to develop or modify information systems to meet user requirements.
To qualify at the GG-09, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.
For the GG-09 position, qualifying experience is defined as experience applying analytical processes to the planning, design and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirement of customer organizations.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE AT THE GG-07 LEVEL: Bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement or 1 academic year of graduate education (or law school, as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements). Superior Academic Achievement: S.A.A. is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society membership.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE AT THE GG-09 LEVEL: Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education, or Master's or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D., may be substituted to meet the experience requirement.
