Serves as the Contract Management Support Officer (CMSO) in the Resource Management Directorate.
Responsible for assignments involving procurement planning and procurement program execution activities for projects within the overall procurement program of installation support services requirements.
Establishes and maintains controls to ensure that contract award is accomplished according to guidelines and timelines.
Collects quantitative and qualitative data in significant areas relating it to procurement and contract operations.
Analyzes data and draws conclusions based on previous performance, current goals and objectives, projected performances, and possible impact on the acquisition program.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
The incumbent will be required to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450 is used to assist agencies and employees to avoid conflicts between duties and financial interest. This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter.
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.

Term employment is subject to a one year trial period. Employees serving a trial period can be removed with limited appeal rights.
