Duties

Help

Performs simple golf cart maintenance (i.e. replenishes fuel/charge levels, washes), readies golf carts for customer use, including pulling golf carts to the proper staging area for daily and tournament play. Ensures that all carts are free of debris, clean, and in good working order. Cleans and inspects rental equipment (golf clubs and pull carts) Removes debris around buildings, waters lawns around buildings, and empties all garbage containers around and in the buildings. Assists in the maintenance of course grounds and facilities using simple powered equipment such as clippers, weed trimmers, low ­pressure sprayers, powered pavement vacuums, and wet vacuums or steam cleaners. Picks up range balls from the driving range with mechanized equipment, also washes golf balls and loads dispensing machine. Vacuum cleans carpets, sweeps, mops, and scrubs floors. Dusts furniture, ledges, and woodwork. Empties ashtrays and wastebaskets. Polishes door knobs and other metal fixtures. Cleans glass partitions, mirrors, and inside and outside windows using stepladders and extension ladders. Maintains restrooms in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap. Maintains supply of cleaning materials, and advises supervisor when more supplies are needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifying Experience:
This is an entry level position and no minimum qualifications are required for this position. Must be able to use, control, and clean common hand tools, and simple power equipment.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Education
