- Plans laboratory and greenhouse studies on major insect pests and beneficial arthropods found in cotton, corn, sweet potato and soybean. These studies include growing and maintaining field quality host plants in a greenhouse and in growth chambers.
- Plans, conducts, and reports the data collected from experimental field plots
- Devises sampling procedures for the plants and arthropods found in the plots; processes, summarizes, statistically analyzes, interprets, and reports the test data and findings
- Operates and maintains laboratory and field equipment that is necessary to conduct laboratory and field plot experiments.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
