Duties

Help

This position is located in Air National Guard(ANG)Installation. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) program for the (installation/organization/wing). The incumbent is responsible for implementing policy, providing guidance, program management of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Information Collections and Reports.

1. Manage the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program.

2. Manage the Privacy Act (PA) Program.

3. Ensures compliance with requirements for FOIA and PA programs.

4. Perform other duties as assigned.
