As an Lead Health Communications Specialist you will:
Ensure that all health communication activities are based on theory and use accepted principles, methods, and practices.
Lead or oversee the development and management of contracts.
Provide consultation, technical assistance, and training on program, project, and strategy implementation to internal and external groups.
Ensure that messages and materials are: scientifically valid and consistent with program objectives.
Provide health communication and marketing support for integrated communication and marketing programs and interventions.
Participate with senior staff and management officials to develop position and policy statement.
Conduct research and evaluation activities related to health communication and marketing.
Serve as a liaison between agency and other CIO communication.
