Qualifications

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Ensuring proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program; 2) Receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents; 3) Processing requests for permanent and temporary quarters; 4) Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.

GS-06:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing guidance and assistance on housing regulations and procedures; 2) Assisting applicants and their families with housing needs; 3) Providing customer service to personnel to resolve housing discrepancies.

GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Process and review customer's applications for accuracy and completeness; 2) Schedule, coordinate, and monitor activities related to the operation; and 3) Mediate and resolve a variety of minor operation problems.

Education

FOR THE GS-05 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
NOTE: Education and experience may be combined for all grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable.
