To Qualify for the SS-01 grade level:
Qualified candidates will have a law degree (J.D. or LL.B.) and be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
AND
You must have one year (12 months) of full-time specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the CU/GS-15 level in the federal government (obtained in either the public or private sector). Qualifying specialized experience is defined as experience serving as a senior leader (executive or senior manager) managing a staff or division responsible for formulating and implementing agency/organization/company-wide ethics and prevention of harassment in the workplace program policies, procedures, etc.; and providing legal advice to senior leaders/executives on ethics and prevention of harassment in the workplace policies and regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a law degree (J.D. or LL.B.) and be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
AND
You must have one full year (12 months) of full-time specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the SS/SES-01 level in the federal government (obtained in either the public or private sector). Qualifying specialized experience is defined as experience serving as an executive overseeing and directing the formulation, development, and execution of agency/company-wide ethics and prevention of harassment in the workplace program policies, procedures, etc.; and providing legal advice to senior leaders/executives on ethics and prevention of harassment in the workplace policies and regulations.

Technical/Professional Qualification: Skill interpreting and applying ethics and anti-harassment laws, regulations and procedures and ability to direct agency/organization/company- wide ethics and anti-harassment programs.
