    You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SCIENTIST in the Advanced Radars Engineering Branch, in the Sensor System Division of the Air Dominance Department, of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme Division.

    • You will serve as the Advanced Radars Engineering Branch Manager for Code A61, providing Branch management and supervision for branch personnel in administration, logistics, technical, and financial management,
    • You will serve as a Technical Requirements Lead (TRL) and consultant to the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) for the Air Dominance Department , including the Advanced Radars Engineering Branch,
    • You will monitor and evaluate performance, establish priorities, adjust workloads, and advise and counsel subordinate personnel,
    • You will utilize principles and techniques of Systems Analysis and Solid State Electronics in the test and integration of advance sensor systems,
    • You will interface with Division Systems Engineer and Division supportability Manager to apply system engineering and logistics principles within the branch, and determine program requirements, workload planning, tasking, and budget execution,
    • You will formulate approaches and proposals to program tasks, negotiate and discuss technical and budget program plans, review and evaluate program functions, and resolve schedules,
    • You will monitor technical performance and analyze new developments for potential application to program requirements,
    • You will document existing work processes and create new processes to define, analyze, and improve work-flow efficiency, methods, and quality,
    • You will communicate directly with sponsors and fleet representatives as you develop, monitor, and continuously improve A61 Branch engineering and logistics processes.
