As a Fish and Wildlife Biologist your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- About 50% of the employee's time is dedicated to implementing the Partners for Fish and Wildlife program, including providing technical and financial assistance to private landowners and tribal entities interested in restoring and enhancing wildlife habitat on their land. Projects are custom-designed to meet landowners' needs.
- About 50% of the employee's time is dedicated to implementing fisheries research, monitoring, and enhancement projects for endangered fish and sportfish.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
