    You will serve as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Cyberspace Maintenance Branch; Undersea Test Resources, Planning, and Coordination Division; Test and Evaluation Department of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).

    Responsibilities

    • You will lead government teams and oversee contractor personnel in performing department IT system administration, support, and configuration management; incorporation of technology repairs, upgrades, enhancements, and design evolution changes.
    • You will be responsible for Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes for assessing and authorizing, and monitoring Department of Defense (DoD) information systems.
    • You will conduct implementation, testing, and remediation actions required to secure information systems.
    • You will apply security controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS), software patches, and conduct security scans and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert Maintenance (IAVM) activities as required.
    • You will conduct cybersecurity implementation. You will manage and plan the successful execution of cybersecurity projects.
    • You will lead government teams and work with contractor personnel to independently document, build, and test secure information systems using appropriate Navy Testing Guidance, RMF security controls, tools, and processes.
    • You will provide cybersecurity lifecycle support. You will lead and support branch projects in support of information system security, ensuring proper management, performance, and administration.
