The Office of Inspector General is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to serve as a Team Lead in The Office of Inspections, Intelligence Oversight, and Special Projects, directing a team of Inspectors who conduct reviews of management issues and administrative allegations. A management inspection typically focuses on the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of a specified program activity and requires comprehensive data gathering and analysis. A allegation-based inspection is a highly focused, fact-finding review typically initiated in response to an allegation of waste, mismanagement, or abuse.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position being filled.

1. Experience leading a staff through the execution of multiple complex tasks, evaluating work in process and reviewing results and reports for completeness and sufficiency.
2. Experience in evaluating programs, policies, and/or operations.

4. Ability to effectively communicate information orally.
