The Program Support Assistant (PSA) works in the Support Services Division (SSD) of the Los Angles Regional Office and actively assists the supervisors and management in performing administrative work and technical tasks. Based on knowledge of the organization and programs under the SSD's span of control, the PSA helps resolves problems associated the administrative and operational fictions of the SSD.
