The purpose of this position is to serve as the Associate CIO responsible for advising the Deputy CIOs, CIO, Managing Director, other senior FCC management in the resolution of a wide range of technical services and operations, and for delivering stable and reliable information technology capabilities across the Commission. The incumbent supervises a staff of information technology specialists supporting multiple IT programs within the Commission, including IT Operations and customer engagement at the Service Desk level. These program activities involve substantive technical and contractual matters with far reaching impacts on the FCC. These functions are critical to effective delivery of IT services, which, in turn, permits the staff to provide the value to the Commission.

Hardcopy Supplement Documents Required:
1.
