    Responsibilities

    The incumbent serves as a Realty Specialist for the Rocky Mountain Customer Service Region (RMR), in Loveland, Colorado, and as a team member on the Natural Resources Office staff, Chief Administrative Office (CAO), Headquarters Office (HQ), Lakewood, Colorado.  Lands related activities are divided into acquisition and management of land and land rights for construction, as well as working with landowners to enable the safe and reliable operation and maintenance of WAPA’s transmission facilities. This position reports to HQ’s Supervisory Realty Specialist. This position serves as the subject matter expert and adviser in the areas of developing, administering, and executing programs in support of the acquisition and management of land and land rights, RMR’s construction and its replacements, rehabilitation, and addition (RRAD) programs to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electrical transmission system.  Incumbent is responsible for supporting lands and real property activities throughout the RMR and CRSP-MC service territory, to include Colorado, Wyoming, eastern Utah, northern Arizona, northern New Mexico, Kansas and eastern Nebraska.
