    About the Position: Serves as the Supv HR Spec (Chief Employee Relations/Labor Relations) Division with responsibility for planning, developing, evaluating, and supervising the work of the branches.

    • Apply full range of Human Resources Management advisory and technical advice and consultation services to management and customers on labor and employee relations matters involving complex or unprecedented issues and/or problems.
    • Serve as a consultant/advisor applying complex fact-finding, analytical or problem solving methods and techniques, advanced Human Resources Management principles, theories, concepts, regulations, and practices on employee and labor relations issues.
    • Develop, communicate orally or in writing guidelines, policies and procedures for use by Commands.
    • Responsible for supervising a staff of labor and management-employee relations personnel providing assistance to managers and supervisors in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
