Specialized experience is defined as: Experience using two of the three technologies IBM Mainframe or Cobol or Oracle to develop major information technology (IT) systems; performing coding or unit testing on information systems; and experience in software development lifecycles, including planning, developing, programming, testing or maintaining software products.
