    You will serve as a Supervisory Aerospace Engineer in the Air Vehicle Engineering Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

    • You will generate guides and instructions for complex air vehicle in-service engineering lifting theories, applications, techniques, and methodologies.
    • You will interview and select candidates for positions.
    • You will develop engineering work plans, technical approaches, and/or test procedures to resolve critical in-service structural engineering problems or issues.
    • You will carry out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and procedures.
    • You will provide engineering mentorship, guidance, and technical direction to senior engineers.
    • You will plan, direct, and prioritize all F/A-18 in-service engineering activities.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
