    This position is part of the Office of the Inspector General, Government Publishing Office in Washington , District of Columbia.

    The Selectee will work shift 1 Monday- Friday and a tour of duty from 08:00 am to 4:30 p.m..

    As a Management and Program Analyst, your typical work assignments may include the following:

    • Inspects and evaluates agency functions and operations
    • In evaluating management functions, operations and internal controls, defines issues, selects or develops appropriate evaluation techniques, executes methodologies, analyzes results and prepares draft reports and recommendations with supervision from team leader
    • Identifies applicable statutes, regulations, and directives
    • Reviews records, reports, statistics, internal files and work methods.
    • Utilizes agency computer systems in preparing inspection/evaluation reports

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
