    Summary

    This position is located in the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, Enforcement and Compliance, Policy and Negotiations, Office of Policy , Subsidies Enforcement and Economic Analysis division, Washington, District of Columbia.

    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary economic advisor to senior management on economic issues.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing U.S. anti-dumping (AD) and/or countervailing duty (CVD) laws, precedents, policies, and regulations.
    • Serving as the primary economic advisor to senior management on economic issues confronting an organization.
    • Supervising a team of employees conducting research into the economies of countries with centrally planned, mixed or transitioning economies.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 10% for this position. Some foreign and domestic travel is required, at times.
