    OIG is organized into three line elements: the Offices of Investigations, Audits and Evaluations, and Healthcare Inspections; along with the Office of Contract Review, the Office of Management and Administration and the Office of Special Reviews. In addition to the Washington, DC, headquarters, OIG has offices located in more than 30 cities throughout the country.

    The Management and Program Analyst, located in the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Special Reviews (OSR).

    As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
    - Interview and work with senior officials in VA and other Federal agencies, including technical experts, to obtain, analyze and understand relevant background information and monetary benefits.
    - Make determinations regarding the need for new projects and organizational work plans, considering dedication of resources, project selection, scope, methodology and schedules.
    - Prepare and present briefings for senior agency leadership, requiring written and oral communications, involving technical issues in a clear, concise, and well-supported manner.
    - Serve as a point of contact for follow-up on results of audits, investigations, project and program reviews, attestations and evaluations conducted by external project and program reviewers, and on VA and inter-agency task forces addressing Government-wide issues.
