As a Supervisory IT Specialist (Sysanalysis), GS-2210-15, you will direct the Division by exercising technical direction, control over the division's functional responsibility & it's staff.
- Directs projects, both IT modernization project and other projects, to ensure that systems designs fall within the parameters of the envisioned infrastructure.
- Manages the design and development projects, including technical direction to contractor-supported design and development tasks.
- Directs documentation preparation as required and appropriate to enable the transition of all design and engineering projects to production operations.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel 5% for this position.

In order to qualify for the GS-15 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Providing expert technical advice and guidance on the application of IT program planning and life-cycle Management; 2) Overseeing health insurance IT systems design and engineering projects such as Modernization projects; AND 3) Overseeing the work of subordinate employees or team members.
