    This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Agency Services, Federal Records Centers Program. As an Archives Technician, you will be performing various duties related to the delivery, transfer, reference, and accessioning or disposition of records, and providing assistance to agency customers.

    As an Archives Technician, you will:

    • Deliver records to and retrieve records from Federal agency customers located within the local metropolitan area.
    • Perform or oversee the performance of various duties related to receiving, shelving, searching, refiling, interfiling, and destroying Federal records.
    • Physically refile and interfile agency records, returning temporarily withdrawn materials to original containers and interfiling new records utilizing various filing systems.
