    About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-APF-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR/FORT HUACHUCA.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain protocols master database; prepares, establishes, inputs databases for planning, coordinating and arranging for large functions.
    • Assist with arrangements for protocol events, conferences, and official ceremonies.
    • Use office automated equipment to compose correspondence, such as letters, invitations, itineraries, sequence of events, listings, etc.
    • Coordinate billeting for dignitaries and maintains a calendar of Distinguished Visitor billeting arrangements.
    • Ensure all flags and equipment (stands, poles, spears, etc.) are cleaned, maintained and in good working condition.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 5% of the time for this position.
