    Summary

    This position of PROGRAM ANALYST (POLICY ANALYSIS BRANCH) starts at a salary of $117,191.00 GS-14 grade level, step 01, with pay potential to $152,352.00 GS-14 grade level, step 10.

    Every day, our Program Analysts coordinate, analyze, and evaluate records management programs, providing expert advice to managers, ensuring compliance with records policy, and identifying best practices to improve program efficiencies.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing legacy records, including the accessioning of permanent records into the National Archives.
    • Monitoring operational record keeping activities of all components to ensure compliance with the implementing regulations of the Federal Records Act and with agency policy.
    • Providing technical assistance and support to IIMD and the field offices supported by the Division.
    • Leading, developing, and evaluating policies in identity management, information management, biometrics, and directing the development of new and changes to existing issuances and directives.
    • Evaluating the use of sophisticated information management systems for compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Employs strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver complex, multi-faceted reports and presentations to senior decision makers on the outcomes and results of technical policy analysis.
