Lead web product development for the design, development, maintenance, and resource requirements of the Energy Information Administration (EIA) website.
Provide project management and leadership for activities that are part of these plans.
Serve as a web designer to create graphics and code that adhere to EIA’s style and brand identity; skilled in HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and PHP.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized Experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
GS-9:A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience assisting in conducting research for website design and development; and assisting in designing, building, or maintaining web sites using scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
