    You will serve as an IT Specialist (Customer Support) in the Systems Support Division, Business Department of NAVSUP AMMO LOG CENT MECH.

    • You will work with the Activity Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) in the development, delivery, and support activities and events required to meet current and future NMCI and other IT related needs.
    • You will serve as the facilitator and coordinator for resolution of on-site technical issues on behalf of users and the NMCI Contractor.
    • You will provide support to NMCI CORs as a field representative in the execution of the NMCI contract.
    • You will monitor and assist internal information assurance/security teams as required.
    • You will consolidate and submit orders received and validate deliveries.
    • You will act as the IT Technical Representative for a specified geographic area or network.
    • You will assist the command in maintaining a comprehensive and effective Information Systems program.

    Travel Required

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
