As Management Analyst working on the Human Capital Team, you will be responsible for:

To qualify for the GS-13 level, you need to have at least one year of full time specialized experience at the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Experience researching, compiling, and analyzing various types of information related to human capital/human resource strategies for decision makers to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations.
