Duties

Help

As an Automotive Worker, the incumbents is responsible for:

  • Identifying improperly functioning parts for repair or replacement using on-board computer diagnostic systems and other test equipment.
  • Installing, adjusting and setting automotive systems in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and tests the completed product.
  • Determining whether parts should be cleaned or replaced.

  1. Current and Active Driver's license from one of the U.S. States or territories (MUST UPLOAD a copy of the driver's license along with resume at time of application).
  2. Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

Experience working independently identifying improperly functions parts for repair or replacement; determining if parts are able to be cleaned or replaced; installing, adjusting and setting automotive systems in accordance with manufacture's specification and testing and completed product.

Education

This position does not have an education requirement, nor can education be substituted for experience.

Additional information

This position is a non-bargaining unit position.

This position does not provide moving expenses/PCS costs.
