    About the Position:
    Serves as a Military Maneuver Analyst in the Training Analysis and Feedback (TAF) Section of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Hohenfels, Germany, covering the areas of: intelligence; movement and maneuver; fires; protection; mission command; and sustainment. This position is located in Hohenfels, Germany, in the state of Bavaria (Bayern). Scenic areas such as the Austrian Alps and Munich are a short drive away.

    • Conduct pre-exercise instrumentation checks to ensure that each BLUEFOR and OPFOR player/vehicle is properly built and tracked by the JMRC instrumentation system and controls the input of unit/player updates to ensure correct battle tracking.
    • Maintain a log on each battle, recording observations of unit's performance in terms of planning, preparation and execution of Warfighting Functions (WfF).
    • Analyze and interpret significant battlefield actions in order to determine when time tags, audio, video, static or dynamic must be taken.
    • Conduct operational analysis and, in coordination with senior Company/Team Maneuver OCTs, and other Analysts, prepares and executes a data collection plan.
    • Operates multiple computer terminals and Army Mission Command devices necessary to monitor, record and process training observations, information and data.
    • Prepare and present AARs ensuring all appropriate products such as: extracts from Army Mission command systems, map shots of battlefield actions, audio and video playbacks are recorded, edited and included in the presentation.
