    • Controls the work assignments of the investigative staff.
    • Monitors operational progress and coordination of investigations, both criminal and administrative.
    • Provides oversight of the DISA hotline program and the execution of Agency responsibilities under the auspices of the DOD hotline program.
    • Provides advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on administrative and work matters.
    • Conducts special investigations and works extremely sensitive cases as well as supervises other investigators.
    • Writes reports of investigation and reviews all such reports written by the division's investigators to ensure completeness, proper content, format and compliance with regulatory and policy guidance.
    • Develops, coordinates, and implements DISA-wide policies pertaining to investigations conducted by and within the Agency.
    • Designs and evaluates the effectiveness of investigative follow-up plans, policies and procedures.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
