To qualify at the GS-12 grade level, you will need to meet the following specialized experience:
Specialized Experience: You must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level in the Federal service or at an equivalent level. Most recent Performance Appraisal - All current Federal employees must submit a copy of their most recent completed annual performance appraisal received within the past 18 months. The performance appraisal must include the final rating.
