The following are the duties of this position at the EL-07 (Equivalent to the GS-07). If you are selected at the lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
Administer and performs work involving the procurement of supplies and services to support FHFA-OIG.
Evaluate and ensure the optimum assignment and utilization of office space, reviewing regular requests for temporary offices and permanent office relocations.
Escort representatives; monitor space alteration projects; serve as a signatory for vendor projects; and revises floor plans.
The following are examples of duties that are related to the position at the EL-05 (Equivalent to the GS-05):
Administers the Personal Identify Verification (PIV) system, ensuring proper enrollment and activation of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards and management of administrative roles.
Provides driving services to the Inspector General and executive staff. Maintains a valid state motor automobile operator’s license.
Provides shipping and receiving assistance (sort and deliver mail and packages).
Coordinates the maintenance/repair of equipment, utilities, appliances, locks and vending machines.
Monitors and restocks office supplies, pantry area items, and copier paper; and maintains the storage and supply rooms.
Prepares signage, program agendas, cover pages, and handouts for conferences and ceremonies.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
General experience: For the EL-05 (GS-05), you must have three years of general experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least EL-4 (GS-4), is qualifying for EL-5 level positions. General experience is experience that involved dealing with others in person-to-person work situations, in obtaining and providing a variety of services for an organization, or other work that demonstrated the ability to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled.
OR You may substitute education for general experience as follows: completed 4 full years of education above high school leading to a bachelor's degree.
