Duties

Help

Responsibilities include the intake, retrieval, and disposal of case-related documents; preparing cert lists detailing various assignments; filing correspondence on argued cases; drafting responses to incoming correspondence and invitations, and assisting with other secretarial tasks; translating English/Spanish letters and documents; managing incoming clerkship applications; handling inter-office circulations; escorting and hosting guests; and otherwise providing support where needed.

Qualifications

Seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree to work in a busy office setting; must have the ability to multi-task and to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team; prior experience coordinating a wide variety of duties preferred; must be fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written; must possess a driver's license and a good driving record; must be a U.S. citizen.

Education

A Bachelor's degree is required.
