Duties

Help
  • You will provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program guidance to serviced commands, employees, and supervisors.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card with travel and purchase authority.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

Qualifications

GS-07 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Assist in interviewing customers/clients to reslove equal employment opportunity complaints.

GS-06 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector preparing and assembling reports for an equal employment oppourtunity program.

GS-05 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Preparing letters, memos, reports and retrieving data to gather and provide information.

GS-04 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Gathering pertinent data and recognize solutions and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

PEARL HARBOR SALARY RANGEA Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 10.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
