Specialized experience is defined as providing administrative assistance with an organization structure, staffing patterns, training, assistance with collecting, and updating spreadsheets to finalize reports relative to an office.
GS-11: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as supporting an office in gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations based on procedures and guidelines to resolve administrative problems.
GS-12: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as advising management on policies and procedures related to human resources management and training and career development plans.
