    As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

    • Provide leadership to the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS) in regulatory and legislative initiatives, management plan and policy development, national marine sanctuary designations, resource protection, and consultation and permitting decisions.
    • Develop and execute policies to conserve, protect, restore, and manage marine sanctuary resources at the local, regional, and national levels in compliance with environmental regulations, such as National Marine Sanctuaries Act.
    • Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess effectiveness of the program, and collaborate with other senior agency officials to outline long-term strategies for improvement in achieving goals.
    • Perform full supervisory duties, such as evaluating work, providing advice, resolving complaints, approving disciplinary action, approving time, attendance, and travel, and managing budget and other administrative functions, as necessary.

    Occasional travel - Up to ​10​% of domestic travel may be required.
