The Deputy Director, Human Capital Client Services (HCCS) is responsible for implementing human capital services, programs and/or products in multiple HR functional areas. The incumbent facilitates the planning and administration of a comprehensive HR organization and provides strategic HR services and a client-centric approach to enable proactive talent management, workforce planning/alignment and support of a performance culture that addresses the client’s human capital needs.
