Duties

Help
  • Responsible for the coordination and daily management of the Station Personnel, Information, and Industrial Security Programs in accordance with program policies and directives.
  • Provides assistance to the Security Manager in researching and resolving conflicts within the various security disciplines.
  • Prepares local directives and policy recommendations, implementing policy and/or program changes for review and staffing by the Security Manager.
  • Responsible for the implementation and management of the personnel security program.
  • Review all requests for security clearances to ensure they are in accoradance with established policies.
  • Maintains control and accountability of all classified material in the custody of the command.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and resolving security issues that arise during the daily management of security programs.

Education

Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related
