As an Information Technology Specialist (ENTARCH), you will:
Define and oversee development and execution of an enterprise-wide modernization, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Provide technical leadership and expertise to the EIA operational and development teams.
Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology incentives in collaboration with other teams and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.
Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regards to industry and federal government trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alternations.

Qualifications
Qualifications: GS-5 through GS-15 (or equivalent): For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
