As a Supervisory Financial Management analyst, you will serve as the Director of the PBS Analytics Division responsible for supporting GSA’s Public Buildings Service through analysis of financial and operational data.
This Position is located at the General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsible for establishing and overseeing an analytics capability in OCFO to provide internal Public Buildings Service (PBS) customers with accurate and timely analysis of business and financial information.
Responsible for building the capacity, aptitude, and customer demand for the PBS analytics function.
Responsible for PBS rent billing operations and analysis, including revenue forecasting and assessment, policy interpretation, and billing operations.
Interprets revenue policies and develops objectives for PBS which aim to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the PBS leasing program.
Oversee a team that identifies, scopes, manages, and presents a variety of analytics projects involving PBS financial and operational issues.
Plans and schedules the division's work; makes assignments to subordinates based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the work, and the capabilities of the employees. Reviews and amends their work as required.

The GS-15 base salary range starts at $105,123.00 per year. Locality pay will be determined by the duty station once a selection is made.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience analyzing financial and business information to generate insights regarding Federal real estate that inform major budget and strategy decisions. The experience must demonstrate management of processes for forecasting and collecting revenue from Federal entities, interpreting and applying revenue policies when necessary. This experience must also demonstrate knowledge of the Public Buildings Service, its mission, objectives, policies, and financial operating model.

Ability to establish processes and standards for conducting high-quality analytics within OCFO.
Skilled in implementing a strategy for analytics team members to develop needed skills and cultivate the use of new analytical tools and techniques.
Knowledge of forecasting revenue related to all rent-related income sources.
Ability to develop and manage forecasting and analysis tools/systems.
Ability to facilitate coordination with asset managers, project managers, and realty specialists to ensure accuracy of forecasts.
Ability to exercise the full range of supervisory responsibilities and authorities of an officially designated organizational unit.
Ability to plan and schedule the divison's work.
