The Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories is responsible for delivering professional services, human capital services and charge card management programs services to the federal government.

The selected candidate will serve as a trainee learning the scope and foundation of GSA contracting responsibilities and assisting
fully trained Contract Specialist with day-to-day operations. Examples of developmental duties include:
