    About the Position: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District provides a variety of services through Civil Works, Military Construction and International and Interagency Support. The position works primarily in Civil Works mission area.

    • Collect, analyze and evaluate basic data on water resource problems and formulate alternatives plans.
    • Provide assistance to senior specialists, and perform procedural and technical work involving water resources planning.
    • Establish and maintain working relationships with federal, state, county and other government agencies pertaining to water resources planning, management and regulation for study area.
    • Provide assistance on contracted services from consultants and other entities such as, establishing criteria to be utilized by contractors, prepare estimates, etc.

    25% or less - You may be expected to travel for this position.
